Sweet, creamy, almost white. Wild sulla honey from Villasimius — delicate, immediate, hard not to finish.
Sulla (Hedysarum coronarium) grows wild on the uncultivated land around Villasimius. Nobody sows it, nobody farms it. The bees find it by themselves — and what they make is among the most delicate honeys there is.
Almost white in colour, naturally creamy, with a clean sweetness and light vegetal notes. It doesn't have the assertive character of chestnut or the intensity of strawberry tree: it is the honey for anyone who wants something precise without being overwhelmed. The perfect starting point for anyone new to artisan honey. A natural place to return to for anyone who already knows it.
In tea, on yoghurt, on bread — it never misses.
