Cannonau di Sardegna DOC is a warm and enveloping red wine, with notes of ripe red fruits, spices, and Mediterranean scrub. It is ideal for rich and flavorful dishes such as roasted meats and aged cheeses.

Vermentino di Sardegna DOC is a fresh and fragrant white wine, with hints of citrus, white flowers, and saline notes. Perfect for accompanying fish, shellfish, and light dishes.

We use controlled and certified corks for our wines, however, cork is a natural material, so this inconvenience may occasionally occur. If you suspect cork taint, please contact our staff by phone at +39 351 6761870 or by e-mail at customers@collinedelvento.it. We will replace the bottle and collect the faulty one to investigate the causes. For the verification process, we require that at least 70% of the wine remains in the bottle and that the original cork is present.
