Malloreddus alla campidanese, roast suckling pig, local cheeses — and our wines. You eat under the big carob tree, slowly. There's no rush: that's the whole point.

Dinner in the vineyard with porceddu

The porceddu roasts slowly while the sun goes down over the rows. You have dinner in the vineyard, a few bottles get opened, you stay a while. It's one of those evenings you can't explain — you live it.

Traditional Sardinian food, a blanket on the grass between the vines, no schedule. It's the kind of morning you still remember long after you've gone home.

Culurgiones workshop
BookYou learn to make culurgiones with potato and mint — including the wheat-ear seal, which is the hard part. Afterwards you eat them under the carob tree with a glass of organic wine.

Breakfast with the shepherd
BookAt dawn you watch fresh cheese being made — milk, rennet, hands. Then you have breakfast with whatever there is: fresh pecorino, honey, bread. It's Sardinia before the tourists arrive.

Aperitivo on the boat
BookYou leave from the harbour, head out towards Capo Carbonara and open an Entu on board. Sunset over Villasimius from the water is a different thing entirely from the beach.

Where do we meet?
In the vineyard, in Villasimius. When we confirm your booking we send you the exact location and the meeting time.
How many people can come?
From a couple to a group. Tell us how many you are and what kind of day you have in mind, and we'll tell you what we can put together.
How long do they last?
It depends on the experience and on how it goes. A tasting is shorter than a lunch under the carob tree, which tends to stretch out — and that's fine, we don't rush anyone. When you book we'll tell you how much time to keep free.
How much do the experiences without a listed price cost?

What if I can no longer come?
Let us know as soon as you do and we'll move the date. A line on WhatsApp is enough.
What if it rains?
We'll get in touch. We either move indoors or pick another date: we decide together, and we won't leave you with a ruined day.
Do you issue a receipt?
Yes. For the vineyard experiences we issue a simple receipt, valid as an expense note.
Can I give an experience as a gift?
Yes, with the gift card: it's valid for every activity — tastings, lunches, workshops — and whoever receives it chooses when to use it.
