Shipping policy
Orders are shipped Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 8:00 pm. Shipping costs vary according to quantity and destination. For orders placed outside the European Union, restrictions may apply to the quantity that can be purchased.
At checkout the system automatically calculates the cost based on the country you select.
- Europe: delivery by UPS, DHL and Arco
- United States: delivery by UPS
- Rest of the world: delivery by MBE
Delivery times are indicative and run from the day of dispatch. In any case we deliver within 30 days of your order unless otherwise agreed; beyond that period you have the rights set out in Article 61 of the Italian Consumer Code (see Section 5 of our Terms of Service).
Alcohol deliveries: sales are restricted to people aged 18 or over. The courier may ask for ID on delivery and will not hand parcels to minors.
Damaged parcels: we bear the risk of loss or damage in transit until delivery. If the packaging looks damaged, accept the parcel "with reservation" and email us within 7 days with a few photos: we will replace or refund any damaged items.
