Identity
Anyone who says multiflower honey is second-rate hasn't tasted the right one yet. Every jar is different from the next. The season changes, the pasture changes, the flowers the bees found change. No Sardinian multiflower honey is the same as the last — and that's exactly the point. It's not generic honey: it's an extract of Sardinia at that precise time of year, with everything the island's nature had to offer.
Materials and composition
Multiflower Honey is mainly composed of simple sugars, with a high percentage of glucose and fructose. Naturally free of additives and preservatives, it contains natural polyphenols and antioxidants that contribute to its healthy properties.
