Tasting Notes

Our space for experimentation without disrespecting the territory and tradition. Blend of Vermentino and Nuragus. Long maceration on the skins, amber-orange color. On the nose a pronounced sweet note that softens on the palate. Intense aromas of ripe yellow fruit, candied citrus, saline with notes of Mediterranean scrub. A finish of sweet spices, cardamom and vanilla. Drink with calm.

Olfactory notes: Bouquet ricco e invitante. Dolcezza intensa e seducente, frutta matura a polpa gialla, agrumi canditi, macchia mediterranea. Un naso sardo, riconoscibile, territoriale.
