Deep red, garnet with ruby highlights. It comes from the organic vineyards of Villasimius, fermented in steel with no filtration and no chemical additions. Cannonau as we imagine it: alive, honest, uncorrected.

On the nose — Ripe dark fruit: strawberry, cherry, plum. Then spice, black pepper and a thread of liquorice that comes up from the soil.

On the palate — Generous and exuberant, with soft tannins and a fresh acidity that gives it drive. Easy to drink, but with character.

Food pairings — Aged cheeses, game, porceddu and traditional Sardinian meat dishes.

    FAQs

Agnello, maialetto arrosto, selvaggina, pecorino stagionato.
