Tasting Notes
Not your typical Vermentino. Intense yellow color. Tastes like summer at the beach. The saline and mineral notes present on both nose and palate are striking. Notes of ripe yellow fruit and the sweetness of apricot, peach and honey are present. During tasting, a slight acidity of apple juice arrives. Fresh and juicy wine with long persistence.Specific features

On the nose: floral and delicate, with ripe white fruits — peach, pear, wild flowers — and an undertone of Mediterranean herbs that describes the landscape without needing words. On the palate: fresh and lively, with the typical savoriness of Vermentino conversing with a precise and never excessive acidity. Smooth, balanced, and satisfying to drink. The aromatic persistence is long and always brings you back to the territory — to the scrubland, the sea, the Sardinian granite. A natural pairing with fish, crustaceans, light fried dishes, carpaccio, and fresh cheeses.
