Citrus honey comes from the nectar of orange, lemon, mandarin, bergamot, citron, and grapefruit flowers — a spring bloom that lasts only a few weeks and is gathered all at once by the bees. Almost white in color, with a floral taste and a fresh, tart note that makes it recognizable at first taste.

It is the most immediate honey in our line. No rough character, no surprises — just a clean sweetness with a scent reminiscent of a morning in a Sardinian citrus grove. Perfect in tea, on yogurt, on ricotta. It also works for those not accustomed to artisanal honey and don't know where to start.
