Citrus honey comes from the nectar of orange, lemon, mandarin, bergamot, citron and grapefruit blossom — a spring flowering that lasts only a few weeks and that the bees gather all at once. Almost white in colour, with a floral taste and a fresh, tart note that makes it recognisable at first taste.

It is the most immediate honey in our range. No rough edges, no surprises — just a clean sweetness with a scent that recalls a morning in a Sardinian citrus grove. Perfect in tea, on yoghurt, on ricotta. It also works for anyone who isn't used to artisan honey and doesn't know where to start.
