Eucalyptus honey

It is a species present all year round with a particular appearance that offers abundant flowering rich in pollen and nectar much appreciated by bees.

TASTE:

Strong and intense, reminiscent of balsamic candies and notes of dried mushrooms

PROPERTY:

It is an excellent contrast to seasonal ailments (e.g. colds and sore throats), especially with coughs and catarrh due to its fluidifying and mucolytic action

IN THE KITCHEN:

It goes very well with mature cheeses such as Sardinian pecorino. It can be used in first and second courses of fish and mixed salads.
