Lavender honey

Wild lavender honey is harvested in Sardinia between March and May. The main features are:

COLOR:

Straw yellow, amber

TASTE:

Characteristic, slightly acidic with a persistent aftertaste

PROPERTY:

Relieves psychophysical stress; excellent in case of dizziness, anxiety and insomnia; soothing on inflammation of the respiratory system (cough, etc.). Wound healing, it has an analgesic, antirheumatic, antispasmodic function with digestive action.

IN THE KITCHEN:

Excellent if paired with intensely flavored fruit and cheeses or mixed in hot drinks (tea, herbal teas, etc.)
